Deliveries: types, deadlines and issues
Delivery can be made to the address of your choice (except in the PO Box)
Home delivery of orders will be carried out by a logistics operator during normal working hours. If there is no one at that address when the logistics operator comes, they will leave you a note and your customer service department will try to contact you to close the delivery. The shipping costs will depend on the product in question, starting from a price of €7.00 for national shipments, free from €60 and for shipments to the Balearic Islands the amount is €7.00
Delivery times are calculated on working days – from Monday to Friday – as the courier company does not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Usual delivery time will be approximately 5-10 working days after order approval.
