Back then generations after generations, today father and son. Not that we\u2019ve found the holy spirit yet, but we know where the heart behind our project is.<\/p>\n

“In 2020 my father, Xavi, asked me that if I like wine so much why didn’t we start making it ourselves with our own grapes, if it weren’t for lack of grapes!” \u2014 Edu Pallar\u00e9s<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Seen that we had the grapes, we only lacked the value behind them. What better way of adding value than making wine with them? And so, we started \u201crescuing\u201d selected plots<\/strong> and prioritizing the quality of their grapes and the health of its soil.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Step by step, we are allowing ourselves to put more heart into what we do and what surrounds us. Step by step, we are allowing ourselves to be more creative in what we do. Step by step, we are adding more value to what we have inherited and what we want to pass down. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

We can try to be as romantic as we want, but we wouldn\u2019t be getting anywhere if it weren\u2019t for these hands.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Not the prettiest hands in Conca de Barber\u00e0 to be honest, but they\u2019re the hands that help us keep both feet on the ground and build new realities on a daily basis. This team knows every corner of our forests, vineyards, fields and trees. Not precisely due to leisure walks, but rather to working our landscape mornings, afternoons and nights; the same landscape that has provided for many families during generations. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Boss on paper, intern on a day-to-day basis and quite a \"drama queen\". Comfort zone is with a glass of wine (or beer). Too many ideas for too few vintages. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
