Turnalls avall, towards Montblanc we find our Pinot Noir vineyards, guarded by an old dry-stone cabin.Our first challenge in making this Pinot Noir was to keep this delicate grape variety, as fresh and elegant as possible. Whole bunch fermentation with the addition of crushed grapes on top of the vessel, helps us retain those juicy ripe red fruit flavors, adding spicy and grassy notes together with some tannins from the stems. Pure fresh Pinot Noir juice!"}
